Naming Rights

Category exclusivity ensures a company as the singular Spring Jam company sponsor within their product or service category.

Event Experience Level 1
Event Experience Level 1 allow companies a 10ft x10ft space to promote and engage with students at Spring Jam. All Event Experiences come with a 6ft table and two chairs (provided unless otherwise specified).

Event Experience Level 2
Event Experience Level 2 allows companies to collaborate with Spring Jam staff to create event experiences of any size. Inquire about possibilities.

In-Kind Food Sponsorship
In exchange for food donations equivalent to a $2,000 value, in-kind food sponsors are offered event presence, complete with a 6ft table and two chairs.

Battle of the Bands: Final Battle

Guidelines For Logo Use
Logos
We request the following:
- One Color Vector Graphic (i.e. Adobe Illustrator File) OR
- One Color High Res Photoshop PNG (with transparent background)
- One Vertical and one Horizontal option (if possible)
Please avoid sending Photoshop files, multiple color logos, or logos with a gradient.
For your information, Student Unions & Activities displays Sponsorship Logos in white, black or maroon.
Logo Application
PRINTED MATERIALS
Logos on printed materials will appear in either white, black, or maroon and will be optically scaled to the height and weight of the Student Unions & Activities wordmark.
Example: the logo bar on a 11”x17” poster is approximately .4 inches.
DIGITAL MATERIALS
Logos on printed materials will appear in either white or black and will be optically scaled to the height and weight of the Student Unions & Activities wordmark. If the Student Unions & Activities logo is not near the sponsor’s logo, the sponsor’s logo will be scaled proportionally to surrounding sponsors’ logos.
LOGO APPROVAL
Once you approve the usage of your logo, we will extend it to all of our materials. Due to time constraints and volume of materials, no other final approvals will be offered.
