Join fellow students, staff, and faculty for a morning of wellness, featuring speaker Christine Petrich (MEd, Public Health Specialist), hip-hop yoga from Moksha Yoga, and a healthy breakfast.
8:30am: Registration and vendors
9:10am - 9:25am: 10 Reasons to be Active that have Nothing to do with Calories presented by Christine Petrich
Learn about new and emerging research that explores the impact exercise and yoga has on the brain, body and beyond!
9:30-10:30am: Moksha Yoga Class
10:30am - 1:00pm: Breakfast, prizes, and vendors (all are welcomed including those who are not registered for the event)

First 250 people to check-in at the event receive a free one-week pass to Moksha Yoga. Must bring valid U Card or form of identification. Walk-in registration will be available as space permits.
